The Verizon Wireless Amphitheater was a 20,000 seat amphitheater, located in Selma, Texas, used mostly for concerts, however, several stage shows have been seen at the venue.
The amphitheater has played host to music festivals, including The Mayhem Festival, Projekt Revolution, Ozzfest and Crüe Fest.
The amphitheatre has had mixed reviews by locals[1], some complimenting the closeness of the arena (compared to venues in Austin or Houston), while others consider the venue to be have high food/drink prices and limited parking.

It can hold 18,000 people, with a 6,000-person seating capacity, and has more than 4,200 parking spaces.
After nearly two years on the market, it was sold to a Dallas-based real estate company in 2009. Stream is listing the venue and land for $8.5 million. The company also is considering selling part of the land with the venue and then dividing up and selling or developing the remaining land separately.
